I recently needed some upgrading of my service panel and Total Electric was suggested by a friend who is an electrician. Jim was easy to deal with in every way — determined what was needed, scheduled and completed on time. I would not hesitate to suggest or use Total Electric in the future.

Total Electric did a great job on replacing the electrical panel in my new home. I needed to have it replaced right away as there were bedroom outlets not working before I moved in. They were able to come out right away to look at the electrical panel and replaced it with 48 hours. I also had concerns about the electrical pipe in the backyard exposing the wires. Jim was able to fix it for me for at a very low price which I appreciated!

Jim replaced the outdated circuit breaker in my house with a new one. He was polite wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was able to provide me with different breaker options and explained the price/product differences since I had no idea what I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone and have already passed his contact information on to friends who have mentioned needed electrical work done.

Had to have my electrical panel replaced. Called around for some pricing. Most of the “bigger” name places wouldn’t even give me a ballpark figure and wanted me to pay them to give me a quote (essentially). I found Jim and he had me send him some pictures after speaking with him on the phone. His quote was nearly 50 percent lower than what the other companies had quoted me. Great company to work with. Jim updated an old fuse box. Very thorough- explained process to me in laymen terms, saw it through to city inspection, followed up after job was completed. Price quoted was also price paid. Will definitely use this company again for electrical needs.
